Customise the documents apPosture produces and how the platform is branded - useful for white-labelling and for consistent stakeholder communication.

Templates​

Path: /admin/templates

  • Report templates - control the layout, sections and cover of generated reports.
  • Notification templates - standardise the wording of alerts and emails.

Templates let you bake in your organisation's tone, logo and required sections so every export looks official and consistent.

Branding​

Path: /admin/branding

  • Upload your logo, set colours and the organisation name.
  • Branding flows into the UI and into exported reports.

The platform ships white-labelled - the UI and reports present apPosture's own naming, not the underlying scanner engine names.

Brand before you distribute

Set up branding and report templates before you start sending reports to executives and auditors, so the first documents they see are already polished.
